1. Do you offer express shipping?

All orders are shipped using Sendle, Australia's first 100% carbon neutral shipping service. That means Sendle deliver your goods while taking care of the planet (win-win!).

Unfortunately we do not offer express shipping and cannot deliver to PO boxes. We do however have a $30 'jump the queue' feature where your order will be monogrammed same/next business day. You can select this option at the checkout when you reach the shipping section.

2. How long does shipping take?

All glasses are personalised within 1-5 business days of receiving your order however we aim to fulfil your order as soon as possible. Once monogrammed your item will be sent using Sendle. Please use the Sendle shipping estimator here and enter 2028 as the pickup postcode + your postcode. 

Please note the calculator estimates delivery times and we are unable to grantee delivery within these estimated time frames. MONVUE will not be held liable for any delays as this is out of our control. Orders placed during peak trading periods (prior to Christmas) and during sales promotions may be subject to some delay.

Please ensure you choose a delivery address where someone will be home. MONVUE will not be liable for theft of an item.

    3. I need my order by a specific date, can you help?

    MONVUE will not be liable for any delivery delays. Our delivery times listed are estimates only. Orders placed during Christmas and throughout promotional periods may be subject to a delay. Please view our Christmas cut-off dates above.

    4. Do you ship to New Zealand?

    MONVUE is now shipping to New Zealand. Shipping is an additional $25 and is added at the checkout. MONVUE is not liable for any import duties - import taxes are at the cost of the customer.

     5. How are the items packaged?

    All orders come with complementary white MONVUE canvas bags, plastic wine inserts to protect the glass, a MONVUE thank you card and care instructions. Our gift boxes can be purchased for an additional $26.
